This site is operated by BOBs House LLC. Using it means these terms apply to you. If you disagree with them, the remedy is simple — do not use the site.

The writing, frameworks, templates, and materials on this site are owned by BOBs House LLC. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution, and share links to them.

What you should not do is republish them as your own, resell them, or feed them wholesale into a product that competes with ours. Named frameworks — including The H.O.U.S.E. Framework™ — are ours, and their names are not free to reuse.

If you want to use something in a way this page does not obviously cover, ask us. The answer is usually yes and it costs you one email.

Books, journals, and digital products are sold through outside storefronts — Gumroad, Amazon, and others. Your purchase is a transaction with that platform, under that platform’s terms, and refunds and delivery problems are handled under their policy. We never see or hold your payment details.

Once you have a digital product, it is licensed to you personally. Use it, print it, work through it. Do not redistribute or resell it.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, and terms. If you submit the intake form, that starts a conversation — it does not commit either of us to anything.

Our writing draws on real operational experience, and our memoir work draws on lived experience. It is offered as information and perspective, not as legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. For a decision that carries real consequences, talk to a professional qualified to advise on it.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Things go out of date and services go down.

Where we link out — to a storefront, a tool, a resource — we are not responsible for what is on the other end or for how those sites handle your information.

These terms may change as the business does. The date at the top tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
