The short version
BOBs House LLC collects information you type into the forms on this site, plus anonymous traffic statistics. We use it to reply to you, to deliver what you asked for, and to run the business. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
The rest of this page says exactly what that means, form by form, because a policy that only speaks in generalities is not much use to you.
What each form collects, and where it goes
Contact form

Collects: Your name, email address, the service you selected, and your message.
Goes to: Resend (to email us your enquiry and send you an auto-reply), HubSpot (a contact record, plus a note containing your message text), and Make.com — which in turn creates a deal in HubSpot and a task in ClickUp.
Automation build intake

Collects: Your name, email address, business name, website, what you want to automate, your current tools, how often the work runs, your timeline, a budget confirmation, how you found us, and any notes you add.
Goes to: Resend (to email us the submission and send you a confirmation) and HubSpot (a contact record, plus a note summarizing what you sent).
Newsletter signup
Footer and various pages
Collects: Your email address.
Goes to: Resend, which stores our newsletter list.
Reader gift claim

Collects: Your email address.
Goes to: Resend, to the gift list. You are only added to our general newsletter if you tick the optional box on that form.
Build feedback

Collects: Your email address and your message.
Goes to: Resend, to email us your feedback.
The reader gift does not sign you up for anything
Claiming the free companion at /reversal-gift adds your email to the gift list so we can send you the link. That is all it does.
There is an optional checkbox on that form, unticked, if you also want the newsletter. Leave it alone and you will not hear from us again. Tick it and you can still unsubscribe from any email we send — the gift stays yours either way.
Who else sees your information
We use these services to operate the site and the business. Your information is shared with them only so they can do that job:
- Resend — Sends our email and stores our mailing lists.
- HubSpot — Our CRM — stores contact records and enquiry notes.
- Make.com — Relays contact form submissions between HubSpot and ClickUp.
- ClickUp — Where a task is created so a contact enquiry gets followed up.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, which measures site traffic.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Purchases are handled entirely by the storefront you buy from — Gumroad, Amazon, or another retailer. We never see your payment details.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and how people arrive. It does not load until you accept it. On your first visit you are asked, with declining exactly as easy as accepting; if you decline, no analytics script and no analytics cookies reach your browser at all, and the site works exactly the same.
Changed your mind? You can at any time.
We look at this data in aggregate — traffic, sources, which pages hold attention. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How long we keep things
Contact enquiries and intake submissions stay in our CRM as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, and are removed on request. Mailing list entries stay until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted.
Asking for your information, or its deletion
Email info@bobs-house.org and tell us what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Some of our products are written for children but are bought by the adults in their lives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version history — the current page is the current policy.
